Cherry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans sour, pitted cherries, drained
1 c. cherry juice
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt and cherry juice in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat and add butter, cherries and lemon juice.
Pour into pastry-lined pie pan; cover top with crust.
Seal and flute edges.
Make slits in crust to permit steam to escape.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 more minutes, or until crust is brown.
