Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) can corn
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped green chilies
    3 Tbsp. salsa
Preparation
    Blend muffin mix, milk and eggs. Add corn, cheese, chilies and salsa. Blend. Spread into lightly buttered iron skillet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
