Refried Bean Casserole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. nonfat refried beans
8 oz. cooked 90% lean ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
3 oz. Cheddar cheese (regular or reduced fat)
1 c. salsa
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread refried beans on bottom of pan. Top with salsa, chopped onion and ground meat. Cover with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
