Creamy Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. bacon
1 medium onion, diced
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. mayonnaise

Preparation

Fry bacon with onion.
In separate pot, boil vinegar, sugar and water until sugar dissolves.
Combine vinegar; mix with bacon, onion and mayonnaise.
Stir until well blended.
Serve hot over spinach or lettuce.
