Barbecued Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco or 1/4 tsp. cayenne
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. chili sauce or ketchup
2 lb. raw shrimp
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except raw shrimp.
Blend well.
Add shrimp to marinade and let set several hours in the refrigerator. To grill, place shrimp on a screen or grate with small holes. Grill 8 to 10 minutes over medium fire, basting often.
These can also be broiled.

6 servings.
