Chicken Breast Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    fine bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    fat for frying
    1 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 slices hot, crisp toast
    slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Bone chicken breasts and cut in half; dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
    Season with salt.
    Pan-fry in 1/4-inch hot fat in electric skillet at 360\u00b0 until brown.
    Remove fat from pan. Combine juices, cornstarch, curry and sugar.
    Pour over chicken. Cover.
    Cook slowly (210\u00b0) 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve on toast.
    Top with slivered almonds.
    Serves 4.
