Grandma Rosie'S Baked Macaroni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. block of Swiss cheese, grated
16 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained (fusilli, rotini or mostaccioli)
29 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation

In casserole dish, spread layer of tomato sauce in bottom (1/2 the sauce).
Add macaroni, rest of sauce and half the grated cheese.
Mix well and spread evenly in pan.
Top with the remainder of cheese and put pats of butter or margarine on top (6 to 8 pats).
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until top is crusty and browned.
(A pound of cooked and drained ground beef can also be added.)
