Rhubarb Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped rhubarb
1 c. white sugar
1 egg, beaten
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
4 Tbsp. butter, softened
2/3 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Combine sugar, egg, 2 tablespoons flour, salt and 1 tablespoon butter.
Stir in rhubarb and spread mixture in a greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Combine 4 tablespoons butter, 2/3 cup flour and brown sugar.
Cut into crumbs and spread over rhubarb mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with cold milk.
