Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. sweet potatoes (canned or precooked)
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. marshmallows (miniature or large)
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter (stick)
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Layer bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with sweet potatoes.
Drain syrup from potatoes.
Save about 1/2 cup syrup and dump in bottom of pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 of brown sugar over potatoes and cut 1/2 of butter up in slices.
Drop over potatoes.
Mix flour and milk together and dump over potatoes.
Melt remainder of butter and mix with 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
Dump over top.
Sprinkle on pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle marshmallows over top and put back in oven until marshmallows are brown.
