Texas Caviar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans black-eyed or crowder peas
2 cans white Shoe Peg corn
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 large bell pepper or 2 medium
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
1 large bottle Zesty Italian dressing
hot peppers (optional)
nacho chips, Tostado chips
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chips and chill.
Serve with chips.
