Snowy Mt. Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes or 10 average
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. butter
    milk
Preparation
    Boil potatoes as you would for mashed potatoes.
    Drain.
    Put in mixing bowl with following:
    cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Beat at high speed.
    Beat in enough milk to make mashed potato consistency.
    Fold in chives.
