Parmesan Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 thin baguette
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 clove garlic, peeled
    1 c. coarsely grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut baguette at a sharp angle into 1 1/2-inch slices.
    Spread both sides with margarine and place on a baking sheet.
    Toast in oven until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
    Rub garlic clove on one side of toast and top with Parmesan.
    Return to oven and toast until cheese is golden brown.
