Ham-Broccoli-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked ham, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 lb. fresh
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    salt and pepper
    unbaked 10-inch deep dish pastry shell
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender; chop coarsely.
    In unbaked pie shell spread 1/2 ham, broccoli, cheese and onion.
    Repeat layers. Gradually stir the milk into the beaten egg; add seasonings. Pour carefully on top of filled pie.
    Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese on top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Lower temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer.
    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
    Serves six.
