Smashing Mystery Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation
    Whip cream; fold in brandy.
    Break cake into small pieces. Fold into cream.
    Spoon into clean 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Freeze until firm, 4 hours to overnight.
    Spoon into bowls and serve.
