Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
16 oz. can tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 c. water
2 large onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. catsup
Preparation

Brown meat in skillet; pour off fat.
Brown onions in oil until tender.
Add macaroni to meat mixture.
Add salt and pepper; stir well.
Add tomatoes, catsup, mushrooms, bay leaf and water.
Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.
Serves 6 to 8.
