Hot Rolls(Plain Flour) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. sweet milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 yeast cakes
    6 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. lard
Preparation
    Mix and heat milk, sugar, salt and lard nearly to boiling. Let cool until lukewarm.
    Add yeast cake.
    Work in flour; set to rise.
    Grease bowl.
    Cool 2 hours in warm weather.
    Pour back out and make out in rolls or biscuits.
    Let set to rise.
    Make small rolls.
    Bake at 325\u00b0.
