Baked Cheese Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. minced onion
1 egg white, beaten
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
6 English muffins, toasted and split

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine cheese, onion, egg white and Tabasco sauce and beat with whisk until light.
Spread the mixture on muffin and bake until lightly browned
