Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (hot)
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    15 mild, medium jalapeno peppers
    15 small strips Jack cheese
Preparation
    Mix sausage, grated cheese and Bisquick mix.
    Knead until mix stays together; set aside.
    Split peppers and remove seeds.
    Stuff a piece of cheese into each half.
    Pinch a little sausage mix and flatten.
    Wrap the pepper inside flat sausage; mix and shape into egg shapes.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
