Sour Cream Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, separated
2 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Beat egg yolks and add egg yolks and sour cream to dry mixture.
Beat egg whites in cold metal bowl until peaks form.
Fold melted butter into batter.
Now fold egg whites in.
Cook on prepared grill.
