Pepper Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 dozen peppers
3 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 qt. vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
1 pt. water
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
10 to 15 onions
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
-
Chop peppers and onions.
Pour scalding water over them and drain.
Mix remaining ingredients and boil 15 to 20 minutes. Place in jars and seal.
