Holly'S Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. self-rising flour
2 to 3 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
1/8 tsp. black pepper
5 to 6 medium to large potatoes
Preparation

Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges.
Mix flour, fried chicken seasoning and black pepper.
Sprinkle over potatoes and toss until potatoes are coated with mix.
Spray a 10 x 13-inch (or any large pan) with Pam.
Arrange potatoes in pan in a single layer.
Drizzle with liquid margarine.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Stir. Continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
Can use Cajun style seasoning for a more spicy flavor.
