Italian Spaghetti Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium golden spaghetti squash
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Wash outer skin of squash.
    Pierce with fork or knife once. Place in 300\u00b0 oven in pan with 1/2-inch water.
    Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours until fork pierces skin and squash easily.
    Remove from oven and cut in half.
    Scrape out squash into platter.
    Ladle tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 4 to 6.
