Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. sugar*
    1 egg
    1 qt. milk*
Preparation
    Stir rice, sugar, egg and cinnamon together in a 1 1/2-quart or a 2-quart casserole.
    Then add milk; stir together.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about an hour (may take longer).
    Check in 45 minutes.
    Stir a little.
    Can add milk if dry or cook longer if it's not thickening.
    It will thicken as it sits after cooking process.
