Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
    8 oz. small shell macaroni, cooked according to pkg.
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    3/4 c. stuffed olives, sliced
    1 c. American cheese, cubed
    mayonnaise
    salt and white pepper to taste
    extra sliced olives (for garnish)
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients; add mayonnaise (just enough to hold the salad together) and salt and pepper.
    Chill at least two hours.
    When ready to serve, mound salad on a bed of red leaf lettuce and garnish with fresh parsley and sliced olives.
