Baked Lemon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    rind of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Cut in butter, rind and juice.
    Add well beaten egg yolks and milk.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a 2-quart buttered dish.
    Set in pan of warm water. Bake 45 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
