Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
    5 to 6 tart apples
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca pudding
Preparation
    Slice apples.
    Fill 9-inch uncooked pie crust.
    Add butter, nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar over apples.
    Add tapioca around edge or mix with apples.
    Cover top with pie crust.
    Fold edges under bottom crust. Cut slits for steam in top of pie crust.
    Bake for 1 hour at 400\u00b0 or until apples are done.
