Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. pumpkin (2 cans)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 to 1 c. milk
5 Tbsp. melted butter
8 Tbsp. bourbon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and continue to bake for 30 minutes or until firm to the touch.
