Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/4 c. shredded coconut
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Beat eggs very lightly; add all other ingredients and blend. Fold into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake in a slow oven, 300\u00b0, for 45 to 60 minutes or until sets.
