Spanakopita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1lb. pastry sheets (filo)
    8 to 9 eggs
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 medium onion
    spinach (optional)
    2 c. feta or 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese and 1 1/2 c. feta
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with butter.
    Line pan with 4 to 5 filo including sides.
    Brush melted butter lightly over layer. Beat eggs until slightly fluffy.
    Dice cheese into very small pieces and mix into eggs.
    Also, mix in salt and oil.
    Brown finely chopped onion and mix into cheese, eggs and spinach.
