Down Home Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy corn mix
1 (16 oz.) canned corn
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 medium red pepper, chopped fine

Preparation

Mix corn muffin mix according to instructions on package.
Stir in corn, green pepper and red pepper.
Preheat oven at 325\u00b0.
Pour corn mix into a buttered pan.
Cook until brown or until inserted fork comes out clean.
