Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole cut up frying chicken
1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lb. oleo (1 stick)
2 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
Preparation

Melt oleo and shortening in baking pan.
Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper.
Roll in oleo and shortening mixture. Bake for 1 hour until golden brown and crispy.
