Red Pepper Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large red bell peppers
2 1/2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
3/4 c. shallots, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. garlic, diced
1 c. pear or apple, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
4 1/4 c. chicken bouillon

Add dash of mint, tarragon, cayenne, fresh ground black pepper and crushed dried red pepper.
