Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. dry oatmeal
1 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. onion powder or 1/4 c. minced onion

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Place small juice glass upside down in middle of casserole dish.
Mold meat mixture around glass in dish.
(Grease will go up into glass.)
Cover top with more catsup. Cook on High for 20 minutes.
