Broccoli With Garlic And Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stalks broccoli (about 14 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    lemon zest strips for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Trim woody ends from stalks, leaving 4-inches of stem.
    Cut lengthwise to make slender spears, leaving flowerets attached to stalks.
    Cook in small amounts salted boiling water in skillet 3 to 5 minutes just until tender.
    Drain.
    Place in bowl.
