Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 c. flour (plain)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 c. (3 bunches) green onions, chopped (tops and onions)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    at least 1 lb. shrimp (more if you like)
Preparation
    Melt oleo in Dutch oven.
    Add flour and brown to make a dark brown roux.
    Add onions, celery, bell pepper and green onions. Let simmer for about 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
    Add Ro-Tel, mushroom soup and milk and simmer.
    Add shrimp and simmer.
    Liquids may vary according to need.
    Also a jar of sliced mushrooms can be added or cream of celery soup may be used. According to likes and imagination.
