Oven Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes (1 lb. 4 oz. can)
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sliced stuffed olives
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes or until rice is tender, tossing lightly with a fork several times during last 15 minutes of cooking.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until liquid is almost all absorbed.
    Yields six 3/4 cup servings.
