Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. boiled beef
    1 qt. meat stock
    1 c. salad oil
    1 large can hominy or corn with juice
    1 can tomatoes
    1 small can olives
    handful raisins
    1 c. milk
    4 tsp. chili powder
    5 cloves garlic, cut fine
    1 medium onion, cut fine
    1 tsp. cumin seed
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix well with cornmeal to the consistency of mush.
    Boil slowly for 15 or 20 minutes, then bake in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
