Pork Chop-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes, sliced thin (desired amount)
sliced onions, separated (desired amount)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
garlic salt (if desired)
1 c. chicken bouillon
6 to 8 medium pork chops
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place potatoes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased baking dish.
Season with spices to taste.
Separate onions and place over potatoes.
Pour chicken bouillon into corner of dish so that it covers the bottom thoroughly.
Place seasoned to taste pork chops over the top.
Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover; turn pork chops and bake additional 30 minutes or until chops are done and potatoes are tender.
(Pork chops may be rolled in flour prior to placing over potatoes.)
