Sausage Bean Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage meat
1 c. chopped onion
3 lb. can pork and beans
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Cook meat in skillet, breaking it up with a fork as it cooks. Saute onion with it.
In a pan mix beans, catsup, prepared mustard and poultry seasoning.
Add sausage and onion; drain grease.
Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
Prepare corn muffin mix according to package.
With spoon make hollow groove around edge of casserole. Spoon corn muffin batter into grooves.
Bake 35 or 40 minutes at 400\u00b0 and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
