Applesauce Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cinnamon candy \"red hots\"
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    1 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Mix jello and boiling water.
    Add other ingredients and stir until candies are dissolved and mixture is well blended. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
