Pecan Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar and cream well.
    Add flour, salt, water and vanilla.
    Stir in chopped pecans; blend.
    Shape dough into date-like pieces.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar while warm. Yields 90 cookies.
