Venison And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 servings Minute rice
2 Tbsp. sugar
black pepper
salt
garlic powder
2 lb. deer steak, cubed
oil
2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 c. water
Preparation

Salt and pepper a 5 to 6 pound rib roast.
Pierce roast on all sides with knife.
Preheat oven at 375\u00b0.
Put roast in baking pan.
Bake for 1 hour; turn off oven.
Do not open door!
When ready to serve, turn oven back on and heat to 375\u00b0.
Cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
Roast will be crisp on the outside and rare in the middle.
