Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. scalded milk
3 c. sifted flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Place milk, salt, sugar and butter in mixing bowl.
Gradually add yeast and flour.
Place dough in a greased bowl and brush top with butter.
Let rise to double its size, 2 to 3 hours.
