Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. candied cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. pecans
5 eggs
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/8 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3/8 c. flour
1/2 tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and mace.
Mix in 1 1/2 cups flour.
Mix 1/4 cup flour in cherries and 1/4 cup flour in pineapple and 3/8 cup of flour in pecans.
Mix all together and put in tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
