Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of cayenne
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Put first three ingredients in blender.
    Cover and quickly turn blender on and off.
    Heat butter until melted or almost boiling.
    Turn blender on high speed; slowly pour in butter, blending until thick and fluffy, about 30 seconds.
