A Whale Of A Good Meal: Corn Flake Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh fish fillets (sole, flounder or turbot)
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
3 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Grease 12 x 8-inch baking pan.
Beat together egg and milk in bowl.
Place corn flakes in sealable plastic bag.
Seal and beat into crumbs.
Open and add flour. Seal and shake bag.
Pour contents of bag onto a plate.
Dip fish fillets into egg mixture, coating both sides, then drag through corn flake mixture, again coating both sides.
Place in pan; dot with margarine.
Bake for 15 minutes.
You know it's good when your kids demand more!
