Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust (Pillsbury refrigerated or your best effort)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach, squeeze all water out and let stand.
    Mix eggs, milk, cottage cheese and Cheddar cheese.
    Add spinach and mix. Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve.
