No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut-up frying chicken
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk
1 pkg. onion soup mix
cut-up mushroom pieces (add if desired)
Preparation

Butter casserole dish.
Sprinkle rice over bottom of dish. Add soups and milk and stir.
Lay chicken parts on top.
Sprinkle onion soup over all.
Cover dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Don't peek.
