Beef Yorkshire Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/8 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook beef and onion in hot skillet.
    Remove and drain.
    Mix in next 5 ingredients.
    Heat well-greased 10-inch skillet (cast-iron is best) in 400\u00b0 oven.
