Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (5 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese spread
    1 (5 oz.) Roquefort cheese spread
    1/2 tsp. grated onion or juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Let cheese stand at room temperature for an hour or so. Place in mixing bowl with onion and Worcestershire.
    Mix well with
    fork until
    smooth
    and
    well blended.
    Stir in milk, a little at a time.
    Cover and chill until firm.
    Set 4 hours or overnight. Shape
    the
    cheese
    into
    a ball.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
    Chill until
    ready
    to
    serve.
    Serve
    on platter with crackers.
